SALES POLICY

The user will have access to the online payment service to make the reservation payment from the relevant pages. Once you have completed the entire process of booking online through the banking gateway (virtual point of sales), you will receive a confirmation of the payment and the reservation. Online payments can be made through our virtual POS using the VISA and MASTERCARD cards.

RETURN POLICY

No cancellations or refunds are accepted, but you can always change the reservation date with a minimum of 48 hours in advance, the deposit will be stored for 90 days from the date of the original reservation. You can do so by writing by sending an e-mail to hola@imaginagirona.com indicating in this email all the information of the reservation, adding name and surname, date and contact details. Or by calling 623188618.

In no case will the deposit amount be returned.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellations or returns are allowed. You can change the date and time of your reservation by notifying us 48 hours in advance. The Gourmet Escape Room reserves the right to cancel a game if it is late or arrived under the influence of alcohol, drugs or a violent attitude.
